Parameter | Manifestations |
Franchise. | Jim Henson had the Muppets' franchise, while I had my online WWW/Internet presence ( *.shlomifish.org / etc. ) We were both made to think they were obscure and unprofitable. Like Hank Rearden in “Atlas Shrugged” who called Rearden Metal, Rearden Mines, etc. after himself, Henson may have thought The Muppets were only known as "Jim Henson’s creatures shop". Reference:

Favourite Daughter | Christina Grimmie in my case, and Buffy in Henson's. We were both made to think they were quite obscure and unsuccessful. We were also made to think they "turned to the dark side" and were killed. In addition, my 2nd-in-command was/is Tiffany Alvord, and I think Henson’s was Brooke Shields. |
Watcher | In Henson's case it was Joss Whedon. In mine, it was Emma Thompson → MJH → Emma Watson. |
"The case for commercial fan-art" | My essay “Commercial Real Person Fan Fiction (RPFs), crossovers and parodies as 2021 geek/hacker imperatives for revitalising the film industry” was probably a remake of a similar one that Henson had written. |
Screenplay format. | Both Henson and I had antagonism toward the terrestrial "Hollywood-blessed screenplay format" (which was neither popular nor mandated). |
Electronic/etc. Technology | My GNU/Linux desktop box runs codes of Python3, perl5, XHTML5, TT3, etc. at a fraction of the time that 1980 mini-computers ran C / Assembly / etc. codes. |
Social status. | Both Henson and I were made to feel isolated, with unresponsive or soulless/lifeless friends and celebrities. |
Calamities | There were strings of calamities in our media: a pandemic, a war, transilliness, extreme weather, a newborn nephew/niece. We both were increasingly non-plussed by them, given we realised our hells were not real. |
Prior art | I was able to build upon and reuse recent works/franchises. That includes my hell's versions of Henson's Sesame Street and The Muppets. |
Time wrap | I suspect Henson&his team lived in a time-wrap, while I didn't/don't. |
Filming the works | Henson did produce/direct/film some of his screenplays. On the other hand, I just placed them on the Web as XHTML or text (and they were produced unbeknowest to me). |
